About me - the scariest witch in the woods 🤣

I was raised in the LDS church and have a deep love and understanding of this faith. But was always drawn to the "metaphysical". 

As a child I vividly remember staring deeply into a blue stone and feeling as tho if I understood just a little more, I would find secrets in there.

  Over my life, I have studied deeply into every religion or religious ideology I could find information on. 

I have studied herbology since i was 16, when in need of medical care we could not afford, I found myself at a local herb shop run by an elderly German woman Lynn, who could not legally prescribe, but had the knowledge and skill to leave a satchel with a note inside as she left to the back of the shop with a wink. And those herbs cured my ailment in a day.

Crystals and their uses has been a more in-depth study just in the last 7 years, though was a rock hound at birth I believe. 

Sound and Frequency effects also in the last 5 years.

 I am both a natural born and sadly life reinforced Empath. 

By no means an expert on anything, I have come to form some well educated and deeply personal understandings of the world and the divine. 

I consider myself to be a "Mormon, Christian, Wiccan"... how does this work?

The LDS church (Mormons) are the only Christian based religion that believes God had a wife. That there is a Heavenly Mother. Though they do not pray to or venerate her. The only important difference between all religions of the earth and Christianity is Christ having come himself to pay the sacrifice for our sins. A purely Christian idea, that this is necessary for any of us to enter heaven, and he did it freely for all. Wiccan combines the natural powers of the earth / universe, the deeper understanding of the power of intention, with the calling upon the god or goddess or multiples of your choice. 

I believe that much of what Christ taught in the Bible was an instruction manual for the same ideas that Wiccan Magik. Prayer is nothing more or less than meditatively focusing your power of intention, harnessing your energy, connecting it to the divine and releasing your will into the universe.  Christ said if you had faith the size of a mustard seed you would command the mountain to move and it would. Peter walked on water by faith that he could do what he saw Christ do, but it was his own inner divine power that allowed it to happen until he doubted it. 

I do believe, Christ is necessary, and deserves our gratitude, but I also believe his message was one of our own divine nature and capabilities. Even He prayed to his Father when he felt weak, and that too was an instruction to us, to call upon the higher power when we need, and if we do so, with extreme faith and understanding, it will be done according to the inexorable laws of the universe. 

I actively practice Witchcraft. I have a deep connection to the Devine feminine, and have chosen to be known as Baba Yaga to my grandchildren.
